Requesting Support from Elite

To request integration support for the setup of a new integration service or support of an existing integration service, please login to Elite and click on Support under your profile.

In the ON24 Support Center, click on the GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT button.

In the drop-down selection for Please choose your issue below, select I need other help.

Provide the eventid for an event from your account, the platform in question, and a detailed description of the question or concern. A member of the Integration Support team will grab the ticket and get back to you with a response.

Submit Support via Email

If you do not have access to Elite, please send an email to on24connect@on24.zendesk.com. Provide the below information.

  1. New or existing integration
  2. Registration or data integration question
  3. Event ID from your ON24 webinar account OR contract ID
  4. End platform in question
  5. Detailed summary of question or concern
